DELEGATIONS
All delegations wishing to address council shall be by appointment to be made with the clerk at least five (5) days prior to the meeting for which the appointment is requested.
The deadline will be Wednesday prior to Council meeting held on Monday.
Delegations heard by Council shall be limited in speaking to not more than ten (10) minutes except that a delegations consisting of more than five (5) persons shall be limited to two (2) speakers, each limited to speaking not more than ten (10) minutes
