The River Valley Civic Centre and the entire Province are operating under Level 2 of the Winter Plan.
- Only those fully vaccinated will be permitted to enter the River Valley Civic Centre at any time. Anyone attending events will be required to provide a government-issued ID and proof of vaccination upon entering. Those who cannot show proof of vaccinations may show written documentation from their physician stating they cannot receive the vaccine.
- The facility can only accommodate 50% of maximum capacity.
- Competitive games with one team is permitted for groups with participants 12 and older
- Practices only permitted for participants under 12 years of age.
- Spectators must be masked at all times. The only exception will be for those eating/drinking for short durations of time.
- The walking track is open. Mask use is encouraged, but not required.
- The Active Living Fitness Centre is can only permit 4 participants at a time. Online bookings are available at by clicking here.
- Those who fail to follow the rules will be asked to leave the facility.

- Immunization record from an RHA clinic, pharmacy, or Public Health
- Photo or copy of an immunization record
- Proof of Vaccination from another jurisdiction
- Medical exemption certificate
